Dr. Eric Walsh, DVM, DACVIM (SAIM)
Dr. Walsh received a BS degree from Worcester Polytechnic Institute in Biotechnology and a MA from Boston University in Massachusetts. After graduating with his DVM degree from North Carolina State University in 2006, he completed a one-year rotating internship in small animal medicine and surgery at the University of Minnesota and a three-year residency in small animal internal medicine at the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine.
Dr. Walsh has provided continuing education on multiple occasions to the local veterinary community. He additionally has a number of publications including utilizing a novel insulin for use in diabetic ketoacidosis patients. He has a special interest in endocrine disease, immune-mediated disease and kidney disease.
Dr. Walsh is a Diplomat of the American College of Veterinary Internal Medicine as well as the American Veterinary Medical Association.
